This company was punctual, professional and the plumber showed up on time. The plumber quickly identified my plumbing issues and communicated what was needed to resolve them and what the approximate cost was going to be. He gave me options and explained the pros and cons of repairing vs replacing my water heater. I went ahead and decided to replace it because it was already well into its lifespan and I couldn't see the point in spending money on a repair without any certainty that my water heater may not last for a long enough period to be worth the money.
In the process of replacing my water heater he suspected that I had a leak else where and sure enough he spotted it and repaired it for me and he also rebuilt my toilet and replaced the part causing it to fill slowly. Over all, I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Mt. Juliet Plumbing and would not hesitate to call this plumbing business in the future or recommend them to others needing a great plumbing service to resolve the pesky plumbing issues that goes with the joy of owning a home.

I talked with three different plumbing companies. One company would not be able to start work for four days, the 2nd was to get me a quote. Mt. Juliet Plumbing was also busy but they said they should be able to start the next day. They worked me up a quote on the spot then stated they would get started tonight so they could finish tomorrow because they were already scheduled tomorrow. What a horrendous mistake! The handyman didn't seal the toilet properly and this caused water damage to my floor and ceiling. My garbage disposal went out over the weekend and I called The Mt. Juliet Plumbing and Leak Detection Company. They put me on their schedule and came out on the same day. Their prices were very reasonable and it was a very good experience from start to finish. After evaluating the old disposal and determining that it was beyond repair, the plumber gave me a quote to get a 1/2 horse power Badger 5. He did an excellent job on the install and cleaned up before he left. I am going to be using this company again in the future to replace my kitchen faucet and install a new toilet.
